METHOD OF PRE-REGISTRATION and REGISTRATION
For the 2021/22 school year, the enrollment period has been set from 4 to 25 January 2021 .
It is necessary to fill in the pre-registration form (request for hospitality), which contains the criteria for the formation of the ranking and to hand over the personal pass sent to residents by the Municipality of Monza. Subsequently, the ranking will be published with notification of acceptance
requests. To complete the procedure, the relevant registration form must be completed and requested from the secretariat or downloaded from the school website and delivered in original.
DOCUMENTS TO BE DELIVERED UPON REGISTRATION:
Photocopy of the child's tax code.
Photocopy of the ATS sheet certifying the vaccinations performed.
Photocopies of identity cards of the persons delegated to collect
of the child at school.
